I came in to get my door lock fixed and was told that there was no forced break in. After it was " fixed" , the dooe wouldn't open using the automatic key. I saw the service rep try to open the door usin there was no forced break in. After it was " fixed" , the dooe wouldn't open using the automatic key. I saw the service rep try to open the door using the physical key after trying the automatic key a couple of times without success. He took it back inside to get it fixed. When he came back, he claimed that he found evidence that it was broken into after all and that the physical key doesn't work anymore. He says it will cost me another $300-$400 to get it fixed. I explained to him that I was standing there and saw him use the physical key to open the door. He claimed that he got lucky using the automatic key to unlock it instead.This after I tried several times to open the door automatically without success. Very unprofessional to say the least. More
