Overall service is good and Service Dept is very professional. However, I was informed that my desired location for shuttle drop off is too far away (only 8 miles), but website indicates a shuttle professional. However, I was informed that my desired location for shuttle drop off is too far away (only 8 miles), but website indicates a shuttle is available within 15 miles or less. I ended up spending $50 in Lyft rides from and back to service dept due to peak periods. Driver on way back said that Honda, Toyota, etc pay for Uber and Lyft. Hyundai should at least compensate also, at least a percentage, if not willing to shuttle someone 8 miles away. This was very disappointing sincr I am accustom to Lexus providing loaner cats, to go to being dismissed as a customer. This is just cheapism on dealership’s part. Relax your greed and treat your customers as appreciated customers. This is my first Hyundai and probably br my last if this is not rectified. Convenience and service to customers’ needs is what all businesses are providing now and have been for some time. More

When recall happen talk to service Rep come on in... Drive from L.A...No parts to repair no time to due oil change..xxx..went to parts dept order put my name on waiting list by my self without help.no o Drive from L.A...No parts to repair no time to due oil change..xxx..went to parts dept order put my name on waiting list by my self without help.no one call to update after 2 months.. called same service advisor answer tell me to come in parts in ( if i didn't call no one will update). I went in i want the oil change.. i show her my coupon for oil change.. start to have attitude tell me to send email to Her. I been to PH to get service many times she was 1 st person to tell me to send email coupon to her. After finished recall part and oil change. She didn't update coupon for discount..had to tell her this price is not right... So i paid to invoice.. Billing dept told me you will get refund. Good job! And then 3 days later sme service advisor call! We got the parts in for your recall!! After i got service. I never had bad experience with PH Hyundai until this service advisor. More
