I’ve had many different vehicles of many brands and from many different dealerships. I like everyone at Elk Grove Toyota in every department and when you can get your cars oil changed and washed in 60 minut many different dealerships. Enjoyable Purchasing Experience Overall a very rewarding car buying experience. Found the car I wanted on-line, requested a quote and was pleased with the offer. Bill Gann email the offer and we set up a test drive 4 days later. The entire staff was extremely concerned about sanitation given COVID-19 and all wore masks, gloves and offered gloves an hand sanitizer and gloves to all customers. All surfaces were sanitized as well as computers, and keyboards. The car was completely sanitized before entering including keys and door handles. As with all new car purchases there were loads of questions and information requests but the staff were extremely friendly and personable. Thanks Bill, Patrick and Jeanette. Enjoyed the no pressure approach when options and upgrades were discussed including warranty and insurance options. This is the second car that we have purchased from Elk Grove Toyota and have been totally impressed with the service we received with the first car over the years and we are confident we will receive the same service in the future. More

We’d been looking and waiting for the right deal for several months and then we found the exact car with the right package for the right price. Great price and service I drove over 2 hours from Sonoma County to purchase a new Toyota Tacoma 4X4 for one of my salesmen because the price made it worth it. Once I arrived, I drove over 2 hours from Sonoma County to purchase a new Toyota Tacoma 4X4 for one of my salesmen because the price made it worth it. Once I arrived, they had the truck ready to go and I don't think it took more than 90 minutes to get the paperwork done and go over all of the features of the truck. It was definitely the fastest, most efficient experience I have ever had when purchasing a new vehicle. James was great, even answering emails on his days off. Even though James was off the day we picked up the vehicle, Jon knew who we were when we walked in the door and they made sure we were in and out in less than 90 minutes. Jeannette went over the features of the truck with my coworker while I finished signing paperwork. She was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor! I will recommend Elk Grove Toyota to my friends and family in Sonoma County. More

I’m assuming this review is regarding my last visit for my Bluetooth. Jeannette was awesome! A+ for her customer service. She went out her way to try and help me fix the problem. When I picked up my vehicle the answer I received was my Bluetooth wasn’t working and that’s it. Not until I expressed my dissatisfaction, did I get a chance to talk to Mark and then he referred me to Jeannette. I’m only rating the sales because this review will not let me move forward. More
