Our salesperson was Greg Holland. (the same one for the other 2 cars as well) Greg always responds in a timely manner. He was also very patient the last time when it was 15 degrees and we were looking at 4 different cars outside. We had an issue about a year ago and Greg even got us a loaner car when the rental dept was out of cars. Thanks to Greg, Jeff, Jason and John for working very hard to get our deal done. They all went above and beyond in helping us. It also says a lot for a dealership that has very little turnover in sales staff. This helps the customer due to the fact that they know what they are talking about and can answer your questions then and there More

This dealership is awesome! The people we dealt with (Derek, Tim, and Jeff) were all great. They were all very friendly and at no point were we pressured in making a decision with the purchase of our n (Derek, Tim, and Jeff) were all great. Trust and overall experience. North Penn had a great car which was exactly what I was looking for and they didn't give me any problems. At no time did I feel like they didn't treat me like a person. Customer service was top notch and their online reviews will only validate my statements. This was an amazing vehicle in immaculate condition and North Penn helped make my lifelong dream of becoming a VW owner come true! Purchased a pre-owned certified Jetta TDI Wagon from this dealership. Price was fantastic, car was in great shape (i.e. mechanically sound and nicely detailed).
