When I purchased the car in February 2024, I needed to bring the car back for service 2 times immediately after. Then in March it went back to service where it remained in service for 4 continuous months. bring the car back for service 2 times immediately after. Then in March it went back to service where it remained in service for 4 continuous months. I bought 4 Lincolns from DANA, this one is my last. During this time the service manager never returned my phone calls, and he never answered his phone. The service advisor was not much better, but he returned my calls after several days. (sometimes 1 week). John Daley, Service Manager was helpful, professional and followed up for me. Irma the Car Loaner Manager was also professional and courteous. They should be recognized for their great work. The Service Manager's name escapes me, but he was totally useless. The Service advisor, I also cannot recall his name, was condescending and patronizing and I do not think he was truthful. Rupert the salesman was fired right after he sold me the car with one wrong key fob and other nuisance issues. Worst of all, I filed a complaint with Lincoln Corporate, and they did not even send me an apology or thanked me for my patience, neither did the DANA Lincoln Management, certainly not the dealership. Since the car was in service for 4 months, perhaps they should have paid for monthly payments. I will never go back to DANA to purchase or service my cars again. Respectfully, Cesare More
