I bought a Ford Bronco Sport from Alfred “Grandpa” El-Darazi at 5 Star Ford two years ago, but moved to Colorado right after with my new Betty Bronco in tow. I wasn’t looking to trade in my car at El-Darazi at 5 Star Ford two years ago, but moved to Colorado right after with my new Betty Bronco in tow. I wasn’t looking to trade in my car at all in 2023 because I was perfectly content with Betty. But the folks at 5 Star reached out to me, looking to purchase my beloved Betty since she and those like her happen to be “cool”. 😏😉 My biggest deterrents in purchasing a new car so soon after the last purchase was that I didn’t want a higher car payment, and even MORE importantly, I ABSOLUTELY did not want to deal with the nightmare that comes with transferring the vehicle’s title and registration, nor did I want to pay the astronomical CO registration out of pocket, which would be close to $600. 😳 Alfred, David, Jeff, and the entire team at 5 Star Ford got me the EXACT deal I wanted. 0 down, no official payment increase, and…most importantly, they filed all the CO title and registration paperwork for me so that I wouldn’t have to worry about transferring anything on my own. What’s more? I did the ENTIRE deal via phone and text before I arrived in Texas for my family visit. ☺️ When I arrived at the dealership, I drove the car and…much to my surprise, I found out the NEW Bronco was pimped out with more things than Betty. Including a sun/moon roof, heated seats, and wireless charging. While I will miss Betty, I believe Betty Blue is def gonna enjoy CO with these new features! ☺️ Overall, the entire experience was smooth and was quite literally the best car purchasing experience I’ve had, since they exceeded the last experience by taking care of as much as they could before so got there. Even if I stay in Colorado, I will likely still purchase another car from 5 Star due to their amazing customer service! More
