We have just leased a 2016 Buick Regal and I can't even start to tell you the tremendous lengths Chip and the finance department wen to to get me a pa We have just leased a 2016 Buick Regal and I can't even start to tell you the tremendous lengths Chip and the finance department wen to to get me a payment I could live with. On one occasion Chip even came in on his day off to help with me. I have never been so well treated by any other dealership. This is not even mentioning how impressed and pleased I am with their service department. They are upfront regarding what needs to be done, the price and the time needed to do the job right the first time. Beautiful waiting area with donuts and snacks, great coffee and complimentary USA Today newspapers. I could go on and on and on but see it for yourself, you won't be disappointed. More

Routine Service After scheduling an appointment for service it was quickly determined during my appointmenti had a oil leak. Jeff promptly alerted me . Scheduled a follow up warranty repair appointment with a free rental car. I had a schedule change and needed to alter my drop off time. They had noissue with accommodating my schedule. Kept me posted on the progress of the repair. More

Great service department My visit was for a PM ( oil change etc.). I was met immediately by Jeff and he asked if I had any other concerns and I told him that the left rear ai My visit was for a PM ( oil change etc.). I was met immediately by Jeff and he asked if I had any other concerns and I told him that the left rear air indicator was showing low pressure but was not low. He said that he would have it checked out. I was in and out little over an hour. Great service department. More

Best dealership I ever worked with Service is the number one reason people return as customers. Every time I call, visit or have my car serviced, I am greeted in a friendly manor, serv Service is the number one reason people return as customers. Every time I call, visit or have my car serviced, I am greeted in a friendly manor, service listens to all my issues and offers solutions. If I'm in a time crunch, I can't expect service to make me a priority but they certainly go out of their way help. This is the first time ever I had a dealership I feel really feel comfortable with.
