This is the second Honda Accord Hybrid we have purchased from Zimmerman (and Doug Pearsall). We discussed what we were looking for and reviewed those cars that they had in stock that met what we were lookin from Zimmerman (and Doug Pearsall). We discussed what we were looking for and reviewed those cars that they had in stock that met what we were looking for. We also considered a car that Zimmerman could have brought in from another dealer. After all the discussions, we made a decision on the specific car we were interested in. Knowing what we wanted and what we were willing to pay, Doug was able to set everything up. Though we couldn’t get Honda financing, because we didn’t purchase a 2020, Doug found us a very competitive interest rate. It took us about 15 minutes to sign the paperwork, with Jeff. After the paperwork was done, and the automobile had been prepared for delivery, Doug got in the car with us and went through all the features and functions. All of this was done in the middle of the COVID19 outbreak. We never felt uncomfortable - everyone was wearing a mask and staying socially distanced. Everyone was courteous and respectful. Couldn’t imagine how this transaction could have been better. More
