He saw to our needs without pressure. I decided to look at buying a Pilot. After I told him I had done my research on my trade value, he asked to check out my CR-V. He put together figures for a 2019 and 2020. Fair price on both and the trade offer was spot on what I wanted. They were fast about getting everything done. Overall, a great experience. Much better than other local dealer interaction the week before. I definitely recommend this dealership. More
