Rob, Steve and Jeff I haven't been to a car dealership to buy a new car for over 13 years. This was by far the best car buying experience I ever had. Rob, Steve and Jeff made sure I had all of the information I needed to make my decision. I didn't feel any pressure and they followed up promptly with any questions I had. Rob did a fantastic job showing me all of the wonderful features of the RAV4. He took the time to go through all of the details of the vehicle and made the buying process go very smoothly. I was in an accident and had a very short time frame to buy a new car before my rental needed to be returned. I called Sloane Toyota about my situation and they told me they were more than happy to help me. When I got to the dealership the salesmen already had the car I asked about on the phone pulled up to the front of the lot so I could take a look and get a feel for the car. All three salesmen I dealt with were extremely personable and helpful during this stressful time. Once I officially decided to buy the car they were able to get me through the paperwork efficiently and effortlessly so I was out of the dealership with my new car in one hour!!!! The price I got for the car was beyond reasonable and the customer service I experienced was unparalleled! I would recommend everyone buy their next car from Sloane Toyota of Glenside! More
