Excellent As an inexperienced truck buyer I was apprehensive to even come to the lot until I understood all the ins and outs of truck packages and options. Anth As an inexperienced truck buyer I was apprehensive to even come to the lot until I understood all the ins and outs of truck packages and options. Anthony communicated with me over several days answering questions and inviting me to stop by. When he emailed a truck's specs that was on the lot that he thought fit the bill. he nailed it. Once at Mike Murphy Ford both Anthony and Jeff Lynch were friendly and knowledgeable. Jeff took time to explain the packages and make sure I was getting the options I needed. I felt completely at ease that I was getting good information and the best price. Mike Allison was organized, easy going and thorough with explaining the options. It was a very pleasant experience. He did not pressure us, was very helpful in explaining the new technology of my new car and he and Todd took care of all of our paperwork at Mike Murphy Ford so there was no need to go to our bank. Todd explained all of the financial paperwork and warranty information well. This is our second new car we have bought from Mike Murphy Ford!
