If I could rate them negative 5 stars I would. I bought a truck it now ticks and has low oil pressure which their service department claims is normal for vehicles, the 02 sensors went bad and the cats went b truck it now ticks and has low oil pressure which their service department claims is normal for vehicles, the 02 sensors went bad and the cats went bad and I yet to receive any type of payment for my parts after I was told to change them. It’s been multiple months and my truck still isn’t registered I would never buy from them again and I’d never recommend them to anyone worst experience ever. Their service department is rude, their sales department is rude ive been hung up on over and over again. More

I give Tim's a 4.5 star rating. Everyone we met were very nice. There wasn't any pressure to buy. I was looking for a plow truck and my wife wanted a comfortable family truck. I had the best experience at Tim’s truck capital. Everyone I dealt with was great and very helpful and professional. Sean did a great job getting me a great interest rate and loan.
