After Jeff, the ball was turned over to Mark Hosler, He had my vehicle detailed and greeted me to take care of my paperwork. Which went seamlessly. Then came the finance officer, Michael Harvey, with no pressure tactic explained every detail of my contracts and options for the vehicle. The management behind the scenes, contributing to giving me the best deal possible. The whole team came together to make my time there the best I've ever had! I drove 70 miles to get out to Phillips Toyota and it was well worth it. All my future car buying will be at Phillips Toyota. More

These guys are HORRIBLE! ! I went to their dealership yesterday to look at 2023 4 Runner TRD PRO and I have never been treated so rudely by a salesman in all of my years of bu ! I went to their dealership yesterday to look at 2023 4 Runner TRD PRO and I have never been treated so rudely by a salesman in all of my years of buying vehicles. This salesman walked up to me and said that if I wanted to purchase the vehicle I would have to pay $10K OVER MSRP for the vehicle. Then he laughed and walked off. He wouldn’t even answer any of my questions. My family has purchased MANY of their previous vehicles from this dealership but NEVER again. Let me tell anyone who is reading this post what’s going on in the car industry right now. We are slowly coming out of a lack of inventory crunch do to the pandemic but inventory levels are getting back to where they used to be pre COVID. So these car dealers want you to believe that you have to pay OVER MSRP if you want a vehicle. I assure that’s not true. Just wait a little bit. Don’t fall for Tony Vieros nonsense. Remember, he has been in the business a long time and has trained these salesman to be the liars that they are. They are trained to manipulate a prospective customer. Their job is to get as much money as possible out of you. Do you think that they care about customer retention? They don’t. What they care about is profit. So save yourself a headache and a lot of money and travel a short distance to another Toyota dealership who actually does appreciate your business. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!! More
