#1 dealership in the area I went in to see my options. I still had 11 months left on my GM (😝) lease. I hated it and wanted out. Chuck and Nick were extremely helpful! I was able to walk out that day with a new Explorer! about a week after having it, I noticed some of the paint was bubbled up under the clear coat. Nick called Jeff and sent me to the collision shop. Jeff had my hood repainted, AND got me a rental car until it was finished (all completely covered by Ford!) I will never step foot in another GM dealership! Klaben will have all of my business from now on! More

A few months ago, I had registered my disatisfaction over a recall issue. Mike Urbania called me called me and asked that I bring my Ford Escape back to the service center. When I arrived Urbania and Mr. Klaben were waiting for me and the situation was quickly rectified. I was even loaned a very good vehicle to drive to work and back that day.
