I’ve been a customer of this dealership for the past 10 years, and this is the first review I’ve ever written. I’ve actually been wanting to share this for a while, but it wasn’t until I brought my car in years, and this is the first review I’ve ever written. I’ve actually been wanting to share this for a while, but it wasn’t until I brought my car in for an oil change this afternoon that I realized I truly owe Duke Iwata a stellar review. Back in August 2025, I brought in my 2017 Subaru Forester for a wobbling noise on the driver side. When I later heard a creaking sound in October, Duke got me in right away and arranged a loaner car, which I really appreciated. The Service team discovered that loose bolts in the lower control arm—left from the previous repair—were the cause. Duke was completely honest, took responsibility, and ensured the fix was done at no charge. Duke was attentive, helpful, and made the whole situation stress‑free. I’m grateful for the quick service, the loaner car, and the honesty. Highly recommend working with him. More

My 2017 Outback was immediately taken in for servicing when I arrived at my appointment time. I received an oil change and a multipoint inspection which did not indicate any work that was needed. I requested that the tread on my tires be checked and I was very impressed that I was given a video of this inspection which showed that the tread depth was good. The video was a first for me! My experience with Dean Team Subaru has been great from sales to service. I had an Audi prior to buying my most recent Subaru (my second Subaru from Dean Team) and the service experience was terrible e sales to service. I had an Audi prior to buying my most recent Subaru (my second Subaru from Dean Team) and the service experience was terrible every time I went in - I dreaded it. This is one of the reasons I traded in the car - I missed the customer service from Dean Team Subaru. The staff has always been helpful, patient and fair. More

As usual, everything went well during my 18,000 mile oil change and tire rotation. The Service Advisor Jeff Price did an outstanding job checking me in and with the redelivery of my 2025 Subaru Forester. change and tire rotation. My wife and I use use Dean Team Ballwin to service both our 2021 VW Atlas and our 2025 Subaru Forester. Dean Team Ballwin Service has never let us down. The work in completed on time and without issues. We are extremely happy with the service we receive and the professional service advisors Jeff Price and Paul Fix. Dean Team Ballwin Service has two great team members. More

What a wonderful service experience I had yesterday at Dean Team Subaru when I took in my Subaru Legacy for service. It started with my service adviser, Jeff Price. Not only was he so patient in explain Dean Team Subaru when I took in my Subaru Legacy for service. It started with my service adviser, Jeff Price. Not only was he so patient in explaining to me what would be done and how long it would probably take. He went over everything they did AFTER the appointment. When I was in the waiting room, I also witnessed Jeff Price helping another customer who had a part that needed to be over-nighted to the dealership because that part was not available in the St Louis/Illinois area and she was upset that she had to come back the next day because she wasn't familiar with the area. (He went above and beyond he needed to and put her at ease.) I told a friend later - that "I just LOVED Dean Team people." This is the second car I've purchased from a Dean Team dealership. And this Subaru dealership made me (and the other customer) feel so relaxed and assured. THANK YOU! This same "feeling" happened when we purchased this Legacy from the same dealership. We’re a family that uses our cars for 10 years before replacing and invest in keeping them like new. That was the reason we first came to Dean, and I haven’t been disappointed. Your service writers (Duke, Annie & Jeff) are outstanding and always getting my issues resolved. This visit was no exception. Had my emissions checked today at the Dean Team (Ballwin) location and the service team was excellent. I was greeted as soon as I pulled up, checked in right at my car, and shown to the waiting area with cof location and the service team was excellent. I was greeted as soon as I pulled up, checked in right at my car, and shown to the waiting area with coffee and snacks. The whole process was quick—under 30 minutes. Everyone was kind, professional, and efficient. I’d definitely recommend them. More
