The work on my vehicle was completed as requested but I do have a few issues about whomever did the work. Someone purposely dug out my phone charger cord that I rarely use and left it laying across the ce do have a few issues about whomever did the work. Someone purposely dug out my phone charger cord that I rarely use and left it laying across the center console. Small stuff, I know, but why are they digging through my car when all the work should be outside the vehicle? They turned OFF my AUTO headlights which left me driving for a short period with only Parking lights on. I understand if you need to do it for service, but turn them back on afterword's so that I am not in a situation that could 1) keep me from being seen as dusk and nighttime approach, and 2) get me pulled over by the police for not having my headlights ON. Also, my insurance company gives me a discount for Daylight Running Lights. If I was in an accident and they found out my DRL's were not ON, and that may have contributed to the accident. Bottom line is that this is my vehicle is not for the workers to use it to charge cell phones, and if you turn something OFF to do your work, turn it back ON when your finished. A simple check list for after the job is completed would work well. I wonder how many customers, everyday, have been put into a situation where their lights were also placed in the OFF position when they normally keep them in the AUTO position? More
