I had been spending time with Jeff Michael and taking in his opinions and car knowledge for nearly two years and he always happily spent his time with me answering any question I had for him. I don't think his opinions and car knowledge for nearly two years and he always happily spent his time with me answering any question I had for him. I don't think of him as a sales person but more as a friend. His main piece of advise was about choosing the right dealership. It was nice to speak frankly with Rodney Rodriguez in finance who showed me different plan options and explained the features and benefits of each. Mike Entrekin was very helpful and assisted me in setting up my phone app and showing me around the technology of my new Tacoma. I enjoyed conversation with my new service advisor James Kowalak. He was helpful in the servicing of my old SUV and setting up my first appointment for my new truck. I had been to nearly every dealership in central Florida, not just Toyota dealerships over the last several years. Daytona Toyota is by far the best because of the honest people working there. Everything should be up front and honest from start to finish and any incomplete information or other shady practices that you would not like done to you or a loved one should be eliminated. A single person in a dealership that compromises the customers trust can cost the dealership not just a vehicle sale but the dealerships reputation and potentially millions of dollars. More
