However, after many years he moved on to his dream job and left me wondering how I would make it through a 3rd round of finding a vehicle that suited my needs.... Reluctant at first to get a new salesman, Chris Volk turned out to be the most amazing person to work with me through this scary process. I am always afraid of car shopping and trying to figure out what I have to do, constantly worrying something would go wrong... but Chris made this simple and sweet. He helped me find exactly what I wanted along with the new sales manager James. They would wonderful and supportive. I was trying to get out of the leasing cycle I had been stuck in and they both supported my decision to buy a brand new 2017 Ford Escape. It was really a delightful and lovely experience start to finish. I never felt any pressure to make a decision on something I wasn't 100% sure about. They answered all of my questions and frequently stopped to make sure I understood what was happening. I'm sure I asked a million questions but they never made me feel incompetent or insecure. What a wonderful team! Jennifer in financing is a delight. She helped me make the best decisions for my situation and always was smiling the whole time. She is extremely quick and never has made any errors with any of the 3 vehicles I have had. Jennifer is amazeballs and I wouldn't want anyone else taking my money. Klaben truly treats everyone with respect and the utmost dignity. You are never pressured or made to feel less than a top priority. They treat everyone like family. His demeanor is what I appreciated the most - very respectful and was focused entirely on me and my needs and wishes. He was only too happy to go through the process of viewing numerous cars. His 'over the top' and exceptional hard work achieved my unthinkable goal - the perfect car for me. I would be remiss if I also didn't mention Jen - who worked the financing out with me.
