But my salesman Doug Carter made negotiations on a new F150 with a trade-in simple, quick, fair, honest and pleasant. When my F150 was delivered and ready for pickup, Doug came in on his day off (unbeknown to me) to introduce me to the truck and its features and to complete the purchasing process. Always eager to help and drop whatever he was doing, Doug is the consummate professional. Doug exhibited in-depth product knowledge and his enthusiasm was contagious. I think he was just as excited as me to see the truck we had ordered! Even with Ford financing, a trade-in and Loyalty Link agreement, Jen Bowen quickly and accurately described the purpose of each document that required signature to complete our transaction. She answered all of my questions and her explanations were concise and simple to understand. Sales Mananger Tim Casto called me to make sure I was happy and completely satisfied with my purchase. Nate Bryant is an excellent salesman. It's often that whenever you go to a dealership you feel pressured and pushed to buy something, but not with Nate. He has a great attitude and is very upfront with his sales. Not once did I feel pressured into buying something so he could make a sale. He took his time and worked with me to get me just what I wanted. I would highly recommended Nate as a salesman and Jennifer in finance!
