This is my second Honda that I've purchased from Mohawk Honda. So, being a repeat customer really speaks volumes...I've dealt with many people, during my recent journey. I started via online with Kathy Ell Honda. So, being a repeat customer really speaks volumes...I've dealt with many people, during my recent journey. I started via online with Kathy Ellis. I can't say enough about her - her knowledge of the product, her patience, promptness in getting back to me, etc. Kathy set me up to meet Jennifer Burke, my salesperson. Jennifer was leaving for her maternity leave., so we had a very brief relationship. Jennifer did my purchase order and listened very carefully to what I was looking for. She patiently answered my many questions that I had, during this process. Not once did I feel abandoned, during my four month wait time for my vehicle. Lindsey Harden called me several times to keep me abreast about the arrival time of my 2022 Honda CR-V Touring. Sondra Sample called me to also update me. Todd Brandt was my Delivery Specialist. He walked me through my new Honda from top to bottom and then some. Todd was friendly, very professional and he certainly knows his stuff. Each and every one, who I've dealt with during this time, has been very knowledgeable, most patient and kind. They, once again, made my buying experience an excellent one. KUDOS! More

Jen was super helpful in finding us the perfect car with best lease terms for us. She was patient in presenting all the options I asked for, both in text (great when I was at work and didn't have time for a best lease terms for us. At no time did I feel pressured like I have at other dealerships. This is my second CRV from Mohawk Honda and we highly recommend Jen and Mohawk Honda. More
