Tucson Subaru has serviced the maintenance on my 2016 Outback since 2022 after relocating to Tucson from Texas. The service department has been wonderful and kept me coming back to Subaru for all of my vehicle’s needs. This week I was able to finance a new 2024 Crosstrek and trade in my 2016 Outback. The process was easy and my salesman (Estevan) was easy to work with and patient. He introduced me to Jennifer and Traci in the finance department and they were able to secure the loan for my new car! The rate on my loan was very competitive, my own financial institution could not beat the offer! I’m very happy with my entire experience at Tucson Subaru and am looking forward to servicing my Crosstrek here for many years to come. I am a loyal Subaru customer since 1995 when I got my first just before graduating from professional school. Every time I have gone to buy a new car (its only been 3 in 29 years, lol), Subaru always com first just before graduating from professional school. Every time I have gone to buy a new car (its only been 3 in 29 years, lol), Subaru always comes out on top, whether its new or used, and for every reason. This time, salesperson Kevin McDougal substituted for Jack and he was every bit as easy and informative and supportive as Jack was on my last purchase. He was outstanding. I have also used the service department for all my cars. They do a standup job as well, no matter who I am working with. I am so grateful to know I will always be taken care of like a VIP at Tucson Subaru. I do love Tucson Subaru and would give 10 stars if that was possible! More

Great dealership! Chris Smith was awesome to work with. He knew we were interested in a car that was in transit and let us know when it arrived and had it detailed so Chris Smith was awesome to work with. He knew we were interested in a car that was in transit and let us know when it arrived and had it detailed so it was ready to take off the lot when we came in the next day. We came in after work to purchase and they had us in and out in about 2.5 hours with the test drive which was pretty fast. Jennifer Duran from the finance department was knowledgeable about all the different warranty options and we enjoyed working with her as well. Overall a great experience! More

Initially I asked Ethan Ward for some guidance on trim levels and ground clearance for a few different vehicles. He gathered my information and let me know that he would follow up if he came across something that seemed right for me. I planned to wait for a few months, taking my time before moving to a newer vehicle but decided to cut my losses on the older car and begin the process of purchasing an upgrade. It's been a pleasure to work with Ethan and he is an asset to your company. More
