Oil change Arrived on time for my 10:30 appointment and had to wait for 15 minutes for the service advisor. Then I had to wait for another 15 minutes while they Arrived on time for my 10:30 appointment and had to wait for 15 minutes for the service advisor. Then I had to wait for another 15 minutes while they processed the paperwork for my loaner which I had confirmed the day before. My experience was different than my expectations. . When I made the appointment I was told that is was about a one hour procedure in reality it was 2 1/4 hours. The service was an oil change and inspection. They also washed the exterior. More
