I can't comment on Jennifer Perez because when I went in for service, she was not at her desk. When I went back to get answers for what was going on, she was not at her desk. And then when I returned to pic for service, she was not at her desk. When I went back to get answers for what was going on, she was not at her desk. And then when I returned to pick up the truck she was still not at her desk, and I never actually met her. As far as the rest of my experience, I purchased a truck that had over $3000 of add-ons. One of them was a ceramic coat that the truck does not have. The other one was tint that the truck also did not have. I have receipts for both of those services which I had done myself afterwards. It also says that there is a spray on bedliner, which is the original one from when the truck was new and is missing in half of the spots. I don't need a bed liner so I let that go. However, considering that you are charging thousands of dollars for things that customers do not have the option to choose or not choose you should at least have those things done. I also had an issue that right out of the dealership when I was on the highway and hit 70 miles an hour, the truck was vibrating. The response from the team was terrible as soon as it came to service and not sales. I could not believe that such a large dealership was run in such a way. Finally, I bought a new scanner for one of my other vehicles and just for fun decided that I would scan my new truck. It has a deleted code for a transmission control module. That means that somebody scanned the truck at the dealership, saw this issue, and deleted the message without addressing the concern. Jennifer and the entire team were fantastic. I am extremely pleased to find a dealership that can service my brand new F-150 Shelby that I purchased from Matthew-Currie last year.
