Took care of me when my car was damaged My positive experience with Phil Long Ford started out as an unfortunate situation. After my car was serviced, it was parked in an unplowed area of t My positive experience with Phil Long Ford started out as an unfortunate situation. After my car was serviced, it was parked in an unplowed area of their lot on a snowy morning. Unfortunately, there was a raised concrete surface underneath the snow, and unable to see it, I drove on top of it damaging the body of my car. As you might imagine, I was very upset. After he read the letter I sent to him, Robert McMann contacted me immediately. He reviewed photos from the incident, and promptly told me that Phil Long Ford would have my car repaired. Mr. McMann then made all of the necessary arrangements with a body shop and had me drop off my car at the Phil Long Ford Dealership. He provided me with a very nice loaner vehicle, handled all of the work with the body shop, and returned my car to me in great condition. I was quick to criticism Phil Long Ford when I did not believe they would address the situation - so I want to publicly share that when Mr. McMann reviewed the situation, he responded promptly, thoroughly, and professionally to ensure that my car was repaired. I am impressed by how Mr. McMann and Phil Long Ford stepped up to make things right for me in this situation. More

Awesome sales person! Truck is a lemon! The sales person was great to work with. Had a great experience. My F-350, however, has had nothing but problems. I have had it less than 4 months and The sales person was great to work with. Had a great experience. My F-350, however, has had nothing but problems. I have had it less than 4 months and driven about 1600 miles. First, it has electrical issues. The drivers seat keeps moving itself forward and the stereo changes modes randomly while im driving. The shocks are bad and will need replacing. The check engine light has come on two different times and had to bring it in for service. Both times, it took 2-3 days just to find out what was wrong with it because the "diesel" service tech was not in when my appointment was scheduled. Fortunately, I paid for the extended warranty so it only cost me my deductable to get it fixed, but it was incredibly frustrating considering I only had it a couple of months. I wrote a letter to Phil Long about possibly changing into another vehicle, but they simply offered to trade it back in. I will simply have to live with my mistake I guess. More

Flexible and Very Understanding I had a wonderful car buying experience at Phil Long Ford of Denver. The sales staff knew what they were doing and were able to get us a certified pre-owned vehicle in our price range that fit our needs. They were not very pushy and understood the situation that my wife and I were in with our old vehicle. I want to especially say thank you to Jennifer Spiegle for answering all the questions that come with purchasing your first vehicle and Diana Winston for doing what seemed impossible. They are both an asset and integral part of the team at Phil Long. I also want to say a most gracious thank you to all of the other staff that assisted in our car buying experience. More

Thank you Jennifer Spiegle at Phill Long Ford of Littleton I am not sure how I came accros Phill Long Ford of Littleton however when I did I met Jennifer Spiegle and she must be the very best in the industry a I am not sure how I came accros Phill Long Ford of Littleton however when I did I met Jennifer Spiegle and she must be the very best in the industry and having her help me with my vehicle purchase turned out to be one of the best experiences I've had! She worked very diligently to help me get the perfect vehicle for me, my work and my family. I was definitely not the easiest customer, I had specific requirements to get a vehicle that would be right for work, as well as comfortable for my growing family, also some unfortunate issues the previous year had negatively affected my credit score. Im quit certain most dealerships or salespeople would have givin up and Jennifer Spiegle made me feel like a real person not a poor number and worked very hard to find the perfect vehicle that I desperately needed to continue working to get caught up. I highly recommend that anyone rrading this don't waste any time, go down to Phill Long Ford and ask for Jennifer Spiegle! I know that me and my whole family appreciate everything, and my only regret is that I neglected to post any reviews until I had to go to the DMV and get my permanent license plates and remembered that although I have been very busy working and with life in general I needed to take a little time and give credit were credits due, so I apologize for taking so long to post these reviews. Thank you for the exceptional service and laid back no pressure experience that you provided during a stressful time!
