Troy was disrespectful and spoke down to me and my wife throughout our interactions. I attempted to get this scheduled for a month and a half and was only able to get an appointment after demanding to spea throughout our interactions. I attempted to get this scheduled for a month and a half and was only able to get an appointment after demanding to speak with a manager and complained about the terrible correspondence. My car also broke down 5 minutes after pulling off of their lot after operating just fine prior to their maintenance. 0/5 Do not recommend More
