This is the best service center in Onslow County. The staff is so knowledgeable and cares about you not only as a customer but as a person as well. During this last visit, I was unable to find the wheel locking mechanism so that my tires could be rotated. Dakota was understanding and simply put my mind as ease by letting me know that as soon as it was found, to give her a call and they would get the tires rotated, no appointment necessary. Even RJ stopped and we talked about the Wood Ducks baseball team. Was greeted with a smile and positive conversation from both Jennipher and Dakota. More
