I have been working with him since November 2024, trying to find a vehicle for either myself or my daughter. Jeremy was attentive to our needs and what we were looking for. He made sure to keep an eye out for vehicles and keep us updated. When I finally found some vehicles that we were considering, he made sure to give me all the information about the vehicles and let us know any details he felt like we needed to know. We felt more like his family, and less like a customer, which is rare when purchasing a vehicle. I've honestly never had this kind of experience, so I highly recommend him. We also worked with Sean Clemons in the finance department and he made sure to take care of us with our check out. He did a great job! Jeremy Baptista is the reason I came back to Ferguson to purchase my brand new Forester Touring. I bought a Subaru Impreza 6 years ago and went back because of his customer service.
