Jeremy is a Bexley native and a graduate of Bexley High School. He studied hospitality management at Columbus State and earned his real estate credentials at Hondros College. Our questions were answered quickly, there was no pressure, and best of all, we were in and out in just a few hours - including the test drive. Special thanks to Harly Gifford, who helped us through the entire process. I'm going to try to select everyone who worked with us, I just hope I don't miss someone - bottom line - they were all great people and we will be going back again. 5-6-18 When we walked into the showroom, we did not feel pounced on. We had an appointment and we started talking right away. Our salesman, Case, talked to u When we walked into the showroom, we did not feel pounced on. We had an appointment and we started talking right away. Our salesman, Case, talked to us for a while getting the feel for our situation and our financial demands. Once we looked at the car we wanted, we realized it was not big enough for our grandchildren's carseats. Case then showed us a Hyundai, but we wanted something cheaper. He then showed us a Mitsubishi Outlander and it was a perfect size, but we were concerned about an increase in our desired payment. He worked very diligently to find one that would work within our budget. Before I drove the car off the lot, Case went through all the bells and whistles and told me he will call in a few days to make sure I have no concerns and told me to call him if there is any question I have. Obviously, buying a new car is very time consuming, juggling numbers, finding models, checking credit, evaluating trade-in, etc. However, we never felt forgotten (like you do in an examining room at the doctor's) Managers came by to make sure we were getting the attention we wanted and if there was anything they could help with, and Case attended to us in between. Even Jack, the finance person was quick and efficient, explained everything thoroughly. I truly did not expect to walk out with a car today. The service from Case our salesman, to Steve and Jeremy the managers, Aaron and Jack the finance person, they all made us comfortable and worked tirelessly to meet our demands. Cathy Cordy More

Extremely satisfied When other dealerships weren’t able to make a new car purchase work Ricart did. We had been all over trying to find a way to get out from under my lease when as a last attempt I decided to stop at Ricart Kia. Jeremy and Heather were able to get us into a vehicle that suited our needs and at a price point that we wanted. Heather took a great amount of time listening to our needs and showed us several different models and explained all the features. Jeremy did everything he possible could to make sure that the price was right and we were getting all the rebates we possibly could. This was our first car purchase from Ricart but definitely will not be our last. Thank you both for everything you did for us. We really appreciate it! More

Another Great Experience From Ricart This is the second time I’ve had the pleasure of buying a car from Ricart Hyundai. My prior experience exceeded my expectations and left me eager to w This is the second time I’ve had the pleasure of buying a car from Ricart Hyundai. My prior experience exceeded my expectations and left me eager to work with John Verdine and the wonderful people there sometime in the future. I was initially disappointed that it didn’t seem like I would get to deal with John Verdine when I arrived for my appointment to see what my upgrade options were. Things happen and seeing how beyond amazing he is, I’m not surprised he had gotten tied up with a prior appointment. Luckily, he showed me to Case Chamblin who really impressed me. As with John, I got the feeling that I was a person and that my best interests were the primary focus rather than just being viewed as a number and making the sell. That really means a lot to me and is why I have remained loyal to Ricart Hyundai. Having poor experiences before in the past with a different dealership, it makes me notice all the little things that Ricart Hyundai does and puts effort into. I really hope the dealership appreciates John and Case as much as I do and values their hard work and dedication to their craft. I’m immensely satisfied with my new Elantra and the experience I had with Ricart made it all the more memorable. More
