Ryan GM called me to check in if I am having trouble with my car. I told my concerns and he kindly offered considerable options to trade-in my car I bought from Drive Direct months ago. I took vehicle in for oil change. Needed alignment a bolt broke they had to order no communication on when it arrived I did all the calling. After got vehicle home it was leaking oil Needed alignment a bolt broke they had to order no communication on when it arrived I did all the calling. After got vehicle home it was leaking oil (wasn’t and never have before) turned out to be oil cooler. I truly believe the tech who did oil change damaged it but did not take responsibility and how did you not know it was leaking before I left with vehicle the first time. Had to take back in and part needed ordered and again I did all the communication on asking if part came in and when vehicle would be done. I have purchased all my vehicles from Toyota Direct because I love Perry Singh. Service center not so much. More

Poor staff and client experience. My car radio got damaged by them when I went there to do oil change. The dealership was telling they couldn’t fix the problem and that I should call My car radio got damaged by them when I went there to do oil change. The dealership was telling they couldn’t fix the problem and that I should call Toyota and let them know what is going on. I called Toyota myself and explained to them. Toyota told me they’ll contact the dealership and get back to me within 24 hours. I’m yet to hear back from them. Even with rental car the dealership was not willing to pay for it till my car is fixed. They were telling me I have to make a deposit of $35 which I had to seriously decline to do that, before they decided to pay for the rental. They only paid for 2 days and I’m hoping my car will be fixed by the end of the 2 days period. I’m not taking my vehicle there anymore for servicing and won’t recommend anyone to go there to service their vehicle. A friend of mine also said she had some issues with them in the past. More
