I can’t say enough about the experience I had this past Saturday 6/10 while my purchasing my new BMW. Kevin Hine was fantastic, he made everything simple and straightforward with my purchase. The general sales manager Val Goldenberg and I chatted it up a few times, you’ll always see him flying around the showroom making sure everyone is enjoying their experience. Whenever I’m in the market, there’s no place that I’d rather give my business and the same will go when it’s time for a new one. Thanks Kevin, Jim, Val and Matt for taking such great care of me and thank you to the rest of the staff for laughing and joking around with me throughout the morning. See you next time More

I bough my X3 here, brought my cars here for services too. Recently have my 5 series for service and check out the abnormal loud “whopping noise” on the back of the engine. When I picked up the vehicle too. Recently have my 5 series for service and check out the abnormal loud “whopping noise” on the back of the engine. When I picked up the vehicle, the loud engine noise is still there. The service advisor and the technician confirmed that and want to compare it with other 5 series. It has been over a month since, the abnormal engine noise getting loud and louder each morning, I try many ways, text, email and voicemail, to follow up with the issue but no response. It is really unprofessional. Not bring my cars here again More

Best BMW Dealership My husband and I recently purchased an X5 from Gloria Prosper at Tulley BMW in Nashua and couldn't be happier. Gloria really went above and beyond. My husband and I recently purchased an X5 from Gloria Prosper at Tulley BMW in Nashua and couldn't be happier. Gloria really went above and beyond. She was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with. We never felt pressured at any point in the process. We had looked at, researched, and test-driven multiple X5s from multiple other dealerships in surrounding states, but Tulley and Gloria made the deal happen. We needed a tow hitch added to the car and Gloria was able to make a service appointment for us just two days later with a loaner car (we live quite far from the dealership). We had previously purchased a BMW from a dealer closer to where we live and they were never able to provide a loaner car without at least 3-4 weeks notice, yet Tulley accommodated us just two days later. Since our purchase, any time that we've called with questions Gloria and the service team have handled our questions quickly and professionally, proving that their professionalism and service doesn't end once the deal is done. After our service visit we asked Gloria a question related to our tow hitch and she and Jay both came out to the car to show us a few things. Everyone there is just really willing to go the extra mile. In a time where it seems customer service is lacking everywhere, I give Gloria and Tulley my highest recommendation and sincerest thanks. More

Look no further! Let's face it -- being in the car business is hard. Many people are just looking for the best bottom line price without regard for what else the deal Let's face it -- being in the car business is hard. Many people are just looking for the best bottom line price without regard for what else the dealer has to offer. I've been a customer of Tulley BMW now for 11-years, and have purchased 3 cars from them. What keeps bringing me back is their professionalism, customer-first attitude and unrelenting desire to offer the best service experience in New England. From the initial sale, Jay, Gloria, and Val have been consummate professionals and have treated me like a king. Val even went so far as to order a car for me to my specs without a contract in hand. The service experience is nothing short of spectacular. Here's a recent example. While I was traveling, my wife threw out her back and was going to have to cancel an appointment to put winter tires on her X3. Jeremy in service sent a runner to the house to drop off a loaner car, load the tires in the back of her X3, and bring it back to Tulley. Now that's going the extra mile! This level of service doesn't happen by accident and you certainly can't take it for granted. It takes a lot of hard work and sustained commitment to excellence at the management level. Tulley has demonstrated this in spades over the years so I simply can't imagine buying a BMW anywhere else. More
