Good thing I kept the business cards of those I worked with, or I might not have remembered all their names. First, I was greeted by John Guido “Jr” he was greeting people in the show room. Next met with John Rodriguez to apologize for canceling my Maverick order he was the most approachable manager! I explained to him my current journey in life was more aligned with the “Explorer”. Elliott helped me with the entire process and was great at walking me through everything, especially going over the vehicle! Next I met a guy named Joe, I explained to him I was paying cash, must’ve been a mixup thought I was financing ( very happy nice guy however) . Anyway, it all worked out as I met a new friend named Teddy who completed all the final paperwork in a very fast manner! I purchased a lot of great products and warranty from Teddy! I am very satisfied and would recommend this dealer to all! Give them a chance and you will be thankful and grateful you did as I know I was!!! More

I just want to say Jerry your Service Manager runs the greatest shop. I been coming here since 2001, and always had the most professional service. Everyone is so nice. They do whatever it takes to make su greatest shop. I been coming here since 2001, and always had the most professional service. Everyone is so nice. They do whatever it takes to make sure I have the best service. I listen how Jerry runs your shop, and I feel the reason the staff is that good is because of his leadership. I have listened to see how he talks to your service writers and to the mechanics with great respect. I also run a service department for a living in a different type of venue and I know how challenging it must be, because you will always have a few customers who are unhappy no mater what you do. I will tell you this, I could only imagine for these employees that come in day in and day out this crew works hard. Since I am a manager I listen to other situations and around me when I am there in your shop and every customer is treated special, with detailed explanations about their service. I rated below with the people that I have seen in person. If I could remember the people I spoke with on the phone they were also very professional and would rate them five stars. So what I am trying to say is Jerry and crew..... Thank you!! More
