Very Disappointing I went to this dealership because they had the car I wanted. I drove hours out of my way, had agreed on a very specific deal ahead of time. No one ha I went to this dealership because they had the car I wanted. I drove hours out of my way, had agreed on a very specific deal ahead of time. No one had to sell me on the car and I did not haggle, I wanted as quick and easy a transaction as possible. Instead, I was misled and the car was needing a major part replacement, despite the car being touted as Certified Preowned, "like new" and ready to go. I was told it was a 3-day maximum fix but it spent 10 days in service. In addition to this, I found the finance manager to be unscrupulous and unethical, adding additional and unnecessary charges at the last minute without informing me. This whole ordeal was one of the most stressful and disappointing transactions of my life. This dealership brags that they are a "Christian organization" but what I experienced was just the opposite. The customer is treated as a "mark" rather than a person. With so many dealerships out there, I would recommend this place be avoided. More

Ignore the warnings given by the car???? I've been having many issues with my vehicle since I bought it in 2015. After multiple dealerships, I thought Cardinale Way would help. Nick was a won I've been having many issues with my vehicle since I bought it in 2015. After multiple dealerships, I thought Cardinale Way would help. Nick was a wonderful service advisor, but they were unable to solve my issues involving braking malfunctions. They actually told me to ignore my car's warnings when it tells me I'm about to have a collision when it was being triggered sporadically with nothing in the path of the car. I reached out to Mazda corporate regarding the lack of resolution from the dealer and during a conference call between me, Mazda corporate, and the dealer service manager, Jerry, things got a little heated although no vulgarity or name calling was used in any way. This resulted from Jerry refusing to answer basic questions. Jerry disconnected from the call and now refuses to service the car because he's apparently "too uncomfortable" to work with me, even though I've been polite and courteous on all my visits. In my opinion, Jerry is acting inappropriately. I don't think they want to deal with the problem because they'd rather pass the buck. And I certainly don't want to waste my time on a dealership that isn't willing to fix a practically brand new vehicle. Even Mazda corporate expressed disappointment in their supposed "discomfort" in working with me again. Definitely do not recommend this dealership to anyone. Take your business elsewhere. I know I will be. More

Made buying a car easy, no sweat! I have purchased two new cars and my sales rep. (Brian Soncrant) made me feel like he was taking care of a family member. He has ALWAYS been there for no matter what, and that is rare from other experiences. I have purchased many cars in my life time and I can tell you there have only been two other guys like Brian. The only reason I don't deal with them is because one is in Kansas and the other moved to the east coast. To find a sales person such as Brian a good find and also a benefit to your organization. Hang on to him, he compliments Cardinaley Way. More

This is #5! This is my 5th new car purchase at Cardinale Way in Mesa: I purchased my first Mazda in 2009, a white CX-9GT, which I drove for 73,000 miles. Then i This is my 5th new car purchase at Cardinale Way in Mesa: I purchased my first Mazda in 2009, a white CX-9GT, which I drove for 73,000 miles. Then in 2011 another white CX-9GT, which I drove for 115,000 miles. My daughter 's 2013 Mazda6 Touring was next, followed by my wife's 2016 Mazda CX-5 GT. In the meantime my son bought a 2010 Mazdaspeed 3 at CarMax in Tucson, which I had checked over thoroughly by Drew (THE best Mazda Service Tech, no contest!). This week I purchased another white CX-9 GT, this time a 2015. SO, I think I am in a rut, but I really appreciate the CX-9 and am comfortable with the current platform. I know the 2017 will be all new, like the CX-5 is now (we own one) and while I like it just fine, I am really happy with this platform. Brian Sonorant has been my sales consultant for the past 3 cars and does a very, very good job of advocating with the Sales Manager on my behalf. Michael Thomas, the Sales Manager, is first-class and both of these men are very respectful of me. The entire Service Advisor Team is beyond description in a positive way. I am consistently treated with respect and am appreciated. Nick should receive the "Best Service Advisor in the Entire Mazda Corporation" Award with his name permanently etched on it! As I indicated earlier, Drew is the best Mazda Service Technician and has done excellent work on all of my cars. This dealership consistently finds ways to outdo themselves with each purchase and each visit. This time Brian and whomever assisted him, went over the top! My 2011 CX-9 trade-in had large stickers on the rear window. Two were expressing my allegiance to the Green Bay Packers, one indicated my profound enthusiasm for the University of Arizona Wildcat Basketball program (also an alma mater), plus one advertising my parish church, Mt Calvary Lutheran Church in Phoenix, which I serve as Pastor. I fully expected to be ordering a new set of stickers for the back window of the 2015 new CX-9, but when I looked out the door I asked where my new car was. THEY TRANSFERRED THE STICKERS TO THE NEW CAR! Folks, that is WAY above and beyond any amount of customer service I have ever experienced! You need to know that I don't get this special care because I am a Pastor, or such an incredibly nice guy. I observe them treating ALL of their customers that way! SERIOUSLY! You gotta check this place out. Oh, they gave me a very fair and very good deal on my new car. They are entitled to make a profit...otherwise they wouldn't be there offering this amazing service, but they are very fair and very honest with me, and have been since my first visit in 2008. More

Then after that they were very patient and no pressure at all. Ended up with a beautiful pearl white 2014 Mazda 3 hatchback Grand touring, it was a great deal that no one around could compare to. To everyone reading this, I will recommend this dealer to everyone I know !! Also the service department is great to work with and have been using them for the past 2 yrs for everything my Mazda needed and will continue!! VERY HAPPY!!!! More

This is the second Mazda we have purchased. The experience was exceptional due to the extra effort and time of Wayne Deleo. His goal was to make this a good experience for us. He had to go to another location to find the car we wanted, work extra hours and reassure us. He waited for us and gave us a loaner. Their price was good but it was their attitude and commitment to service along with patience and extra effort that made the experience exceptional. My husband hates buying cars and is always afraid he will be taken advantage of but in this case he felt they were honest and did everything possible to help us. We had a good experience when buying my Mazda in the summer, but this was total commitment to service for us and we would recommend Wayne and Cardinale to anyone. Jerry Morgan was able to patch my tire No charge while we were negotiating for a new car for my husband. Silas McCracken is a new sales associate but he was thorough and patient with two old people. We appreciated it. More
