I was shopping around for a car that was within my price range. I made the call into the Inver Grove site and glad I did. I live in Maple Grove so it would have been a drive to come in without seeing if it was the right fit. I ended up calling back and got excellent service from Alredo Rodlles! Alredo did a great job in "listening" to what my needs are and the services he could provide in meeting those needs. I informed him of a price range I felt comfortable with leasing a car for and inquired about the current ad at the time of the 2013 Kia Optima. He gave me ballpark figures over the phone and answered other questions about mpg, features, etc. Ultiamtely I knew I would have to come in but Alfredo made it a terrific experience with giving me information where I could make an educated decision. When I got into the dealership, the inital quote was a little higher than I felt comfortable. Alfredo worked with me (along with his manager Jerry) on getting it to a price that was within my expectation along with including 15,000/year which is something I was going to need! Alfredo was all about my best interests as I did not want to make a decision that evening and wanted to sleep on it. He told me about the equity I would build in a lease could be used towards a new car or lease down the road and utlimately the service I appreciated the most was about the $500 deposit to give me 5-6 days to think about it as I weighed all the good information he gave me. With a purchase like this, I just wanted to take some time to think about it and Alfredo did a terrific job in giving me all the options so I could weigh the decision at my pace! I definitely would recommend Kia/Nissian of Inver Grove and it would be due to the main service efforts of Alfredo Rodlles! Thank you Alredo! Jerry and Jamie were also great...Jerry willing to work with me about the monthly payment and Jamie with being charismatic as we went through the financials. More

I called the dealership and wanted to talk to Mike Jung, I was told that he was no longer working at the dealership and had moved to another Luther dealership so I asked to talk with the sales manager. I talked with Jerry Simon and explained that I had purchased two other Nissan Murano's from Luther and had dealt Mike Jung. I told him what I was looking for and he said that he would get back to me with what was availabe and an approximate price. He called me back and gave me a price and said they didn't have the color I was looking for in stock but he was sure they could find something. I called the next day in the AM and said that I would like to come in and discuss the price and what was availabe. I arrived about noon and met with Jerry, He introduced me to Scott Holerud. Both of the guys seems nice but I was unsure if I would be treated the same as how Mike Jung treated me. Well I have to say after the purchase I should have never doubted the ability of both there gentlemen. Yes buying a new vehicle is painful (parting with the $$) but it was a very nice experience and there two guys did and great job dealing with me. Scott spent a very long time explaining all of the features of my 2014 Murano. Jerry, Scott and Luther Nissan hit a home run with me again. Luther and the guys are 3 for 3. We recommend Luther Nissan Kia for the great experience that we had. Enjoyed working with Luke Horn, he provided us correct/honest info on the phone, therefore we drove from Maple Grove to Inver Grove Hei that we had. Jerry Simon, negotiated with us with great respect and fairness. Neil Haskins made sure we were properly taken care-off. He made sure that we were completely satisfied with all parts of our purchase (the car, the price, the finance, the service etc.) before we left the dealership. Raul Tirado, worked with us on all the final paperwork and finance with lots of patience. Adam in the service answered all of our questions regarding the engine, the Tech package etc. We shopped at many dealerships and finally bought a new Nissan and received great service and price at Luther Nissan and Kia.
