Great customer service! As a longtime Ford and Toyota owner, Subaru was new for me. I was looking for a vehicle with great safety features, 6-cylinder engine, sporty looking and roomy storage. Tucson Subaru came recommended by a friend and Subaru receives great reviews from Consumer Reports. Ken Murch, Sales Consultant, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful on all of the Forester & Outback features. Not pushy but informative and patient. All the staff were cheerful and pleasant at this dealership and cars were readily accessible to sit in and drive. . After much comparison shopping I chose the 2017 Outback Ltd. I was told it would be available at the end of January but Ken was able to get it to me by January 9th. Tim in Finance was also very helpful in providing me with purchasing and warranty information. Ken was thorough in reviewing features so that I was comfortable driving away in it. He continued follow-up with phone calls and encouraging me to return for any concerns. I can truly say that NO other dealership (do you hear me Toyota dealerships in Tucson?) came close to the personal attention I felt I received from Ken and the dealership staff. Thank You Tucson Subaru! Love my new Outback. More

Started off bad, ended in a very positive experience We test drove a few cars earlier in the fall and had a really negative experience with a different sales person at this dealership. When we were ready to buy, we called for an appointment. We spoke with Jennifer and told her we were anxious about having a repeat (aggressive and sometimes negative texting and calling after a test drive). She was great - very low pressure and assured us that wouldn't happen again. We test drove several vehicles, she priced out several options and presented them to us. We ended up getting two used (one nearly new) vehicle and traded in our nearly new Subaru. Traci helped us through the financial part of the purchase and was great - super friendly and great about presenting options. If it wasn't for the earlier, experience, I would rate the dealership a 5. More

I have always liked Subaru's, have owned for of them and have been especially interested in the Foresters. I have stopped by looking at the cars over the past few years a finally went in to meet one of the salesmen, Spence Bilbo. He was very patient and persistent so when I got back to Tucson I contacted him again and he found a nice car for me. After some serious negotiations we came to an agreement and I brought the car home yesterday. The dealership has moved to a new location since the last time I was looking for a car and it is modern, clean and seems to be a good place to buy a car. It is the only Subaru dealership in Tucson so that works in their favor! Seems to be a friendly place. More

My car was in the shop for multiple weeks and they never called me. Even when confronted with the lack of communication it didn't seem to matter. The problems were never fixed. As for the vehicle. Very poor quality. More

Trent Nichols sold me my last vehicle and my new one. He is who I recommend to all of my friends and family. I don't believe there is a better car salesman/manager in AZ. Superb Subaru Staff After approximately a year of researching cars, dealerships, private sales, and talking to numerous new car owners my husband and I decided to explore After approximately a year of researching cars, dealerships, private sales, and talking to numerous new car owners my husband and I decided to explore our options at Subaru of Tucson. My parents had purchased their first Subaru (a Forester) through this dealership and have been very pleased with their car and the the service they've received on every visit. My parents recommended working with Joe Micoletti and he did not disappoint on any level. Joe listened to what we were looking for, made suggestions, and made every step of the process a pleasure to work through. At no time did we feel pressured or misled. Joe clearly answered every question we had, which allowed us to make decisions with ease. We also had the pleasure of working with Tim Hanson in the finance department. Tim was efficient and excellent at communicating additional options with our purchase. We even purchased additional warranties that we may not have previously considered given Tim's guidance. Overall we are very pleased with our Subaru sales experience (and our new Forester) and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. More
