Both never hesitated when asked for extra test drives. The dealership premises are modern, welcoming, and immaculate making the visiting experience pleasant. The finance agent was organized and thorough and quick. We went only to this dealership because when we looked at automobiles online, ALL the other dealerships we looked at required us to provide contact information before we could look at a particular auto. Carl Burger allowed us to look without "signing in" or "registering" so we took our business to them. We purchased our auto at the end of the day just before the dealership closed so they said they would accommodate us on another day to thoroughly go over the features of the new automobile and their support services. If they come through on that it will have been a perfect experience. More
