While I believe they offer good service, my last experience with them left me a bit disappointed. Jesse was very professional, however; I left the dealership without my issue being resolved the firs experience with them left me a bit disappointed. Jesse was very professional, however; I left the dealership without my issue being resolved the first time around and I feel that was due to the service team not taking the time to appropriately diagnose my Pilot. If I hadn’t already had a follow up the next week, I might’ve had bigger issues with my vehicle due to their lack of thoroughness. It also cost me more than it should’ve cost had they taken the time to try and identify the issues. It took me coming back and sitting with another service team member and personally showing them the issue was easily replicated and the team had cut corners. More

Excellent customer service from Jesse and my car was finished sooner than promised. Appreciated that I received communication updates provided via text. Had an alert on car when driving home. Notified J finished sooner than promised. Appreciated that I received communication updates provided via text. Had an alert on car when driving home. Notified Jesse and he provided excellent instructions on what to do and it was able to be resolved without having to take my car back in. More
