My wife and I had been shopping for second vehicle. We found the vehicle we liked at Andrew Toyota. My wife went there initially to see and test drive the vehicle. She was very pleased to deal with a female sale associate. We made the decision to purchase the car. We want to commend Jessi on her professionalism. At no time did we feel pressured to buy the vehicle. In addition, Jessi was very knowledgeable on all the functions of the vehicle. Every question we had was answered. November 9th 2023 I completed my purchase of a Tacoma SR5 with Jessi Cliffer. Jessi and I reviewed my needs and had taken a test drive two days earlier. Jessi was both Authentic and empathetic while we disc with Jessi Cliffer. Jessi and I reviewed my needs and had taken a test drive two days earlier. Jessi was both Authentic and empathetic while we discussed options and both my long and short term goals for this vehicle. When I mentioned I would be driving another pair of vehicles that afternoon at other dealerships she was supportive of my process and equally confident that the Tacoma’s abilities would likely bring me back…it did. Jessi is personable, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. She was not our salesperson, but stepped in to make sure that all features were explained and demonstrated to our satisfaction. Al extremely helpful. All questions were answered, and all of our concerns were taken care of. We really appreciated that she took time from her day to assist new car buyers who were not her customers.
