Let’s face it.. NO ONE wants to buy a vehicle (or a house) during this time period. It’s miserable, inventory is non existent, prices are higher than you even imagined, and salesman attitudes are take house) during this time period. Actually had a very nice pre pandemic level experience. Started with a simple inquiry a month or so back with the typical email. Working with Madelyn, Jess, and Jake was top notch on every measurable metric. For the time period we are all working with (you know what I mean) I could not have expected a single thing more from this team. More

I couldn't be more pleased with 100% of my buying experience! Both Ryan Murby and Jessica Gorman were truly professional, through and provided exhaustive support and insights. I am not a fan of spend experience! Both Ryan Murby and Jessica Gorman were truly professional, through and provided exhaustive support and insights. I am not a fan of spending exorbitant amounts of time making a purchase after my decision is made. From the moment I arrived on the lot and was greeted by Ryan the experience commenced when he realized that I was not there to be sold but rather to find a solution. After reviewing the options I left with no pressure to make a decision on the spot. Rather he called mid-day the next day to "just check in." We reviewed some of the remaining points I had and I was able to reach my decision over the phone. Both Ryan and Jessica stepped up and I was able to complete 95% of the transaction remotely so when I arrived to pick up the vehicle I was able to get in and out in under 30 minutes! In short, I highly recommend seeking these two out if you have a desire to forgo the typical pressurized and tedious car buying experience and are rather seeking a straight forward, no hassle, value oriented purchasing opportunity minus the stress! More
