This is a great dealership to deal with. I didn’t originally purchase my truck from Hawk, but will for my next one. I have a gap on the bottom of the windshield to the tray that covers the wiper motor. You were to call back with a welt that is missing. I'm still waiting. Dave in service and Jessica (I believe) in the front office were exceptionally helpful, considerate and professional dealing with a recall on my car. They were thorough with making sure that the parts w office were exceptionally helpful, considerate and professional dealing with a recall on my car. They were thorough with making sure that the parts were ordered in a timely manner and that I was updated throughout the whole process. They are not even my home dealership but I was treated like a regular customer. I highly recommend the service at Hawk Ford. More
