Jill is one of our Assistant Service Managers at Subaru of Gwinnett. She has been in the automotive industry for 12 years; 11 of those years at Subaru of Gwinnett. Jill first joined Subaru of Gwinnett in 2003 as a receptionist. She took a leap of faith when she accepted a service advisor position at Subaru of Gwinnett nine years ago and has been helping Subaru customers maintain their beloved Subaru vehicles ever since. Jill has been recognized as a top service advisor in her field by Subaru of America and consistently maintains the highest of customer satisfaction ratings. Jill is a portrait artist and mother to one very vocal Maine Coon cat, Piper, her beautiful African Grey, Oliver and her sweet Peach face, Lovebird Pippin.

Consistently excellent service I've was not a fan of dealer service, but SOG has consistently provided excellent service and a fair price. Not necessarily a discount vendor, but the high quality and genuine concern for the customer make this a great value. It's nice to know my mechanic puts my best interest first. Generally very good. I had an appointment for 11 AM, and there were a bunch of cars there at the same time. It took more than 1 and 1/2 hours to have just routine maintena I had an appointment for 11 AM, and there were a bunch of cars there at the same time. It took more than 1 and 1/2 hours to have just routine maintenance done. I don't think the scheduling was very good. Also, no one spoke to me before it was done. However, they were very helpful with some questions that I had at the conclusion, and they were very pleasant. More

The problem was handled well with special praise to the service rep whose name I cannot remember but I did express how pleased I was with him to Jill,the service manager. Didn't pay attention to details. TSB out on electronic brakes for over a year and yet it took four trips (the last three in a span of four weeks) to get it "fixed." I lost confidence TSB out on electronic brakes for over a year and yet it took four trips (the last three in a span of four weeks) to get it "fixed." I lost confidence in the car so traded it in on a new car from the dealership. The service manager Jill is great and I know they are trying to improve. I don't know if it is an issue between corporate getting info to dealers, training or just technicians rushing through jobs to get paid. It is the closest dealer to me and they know my frustrations and lack of trust. I am undecided to continue to use them or not. More

They don't know Subaru's policies worst experience ever Thus dealership is full of people who don't know Subaru's policies or care about them.. they told me if I drilled one hole in my new car I would avoid Thus dealership is full of people who don't know Subaru's policies or care about them.. they told me if I drilled one hole in my new car I would avoid the warranty. They were wrong. They also told me that any complaints had to go to the president of subaru. They lied to me on that also. I think this is the worst Subaru dealership in the world. I will never return to this location. Kennesaw subaru treated me much better. I will go there for the service of my car. More
