I just recently purchased my second Mazda CX-30. Love the car. It is small but roomy and cute. I have now had two great experiences with Tustin Mazda. Jimmy Feinstein is the best and makes it fun and not stressful! He really goes the distance to make sure I am getting exactly what I want. He patiently took me through the car features as I tend to forget. The whole place has a good vibe. The people are so friendly and nice and there is no pressure. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else at this point. More

I recently purchased my second Mazda from Tustin Mazda and everyone I interacted with was extremely hospitable. I originally came in for a test drive with Jim but he set me up instead with Omar so that I and everyone I interacted with was extremely hospitable. I originally came in for a test drive with Jim but he set me up instead with Omar so that I wouldn't have to wait for him. Omar was very patient, answering all of my questions. He gave me space to make my decision while also making it clear that he was happy to help with any questions that I had in the meantime. When I made my decision I came back in and Omar helped me get through my purchase as swiftly as possible and he eased the nerves that come with making any big purchase with his corny jokes. Always good experiences at Tustin Mazda. I got offered water maybe 7 times by different employees and I even got offered a Chick-fil-A sandwich while I was doing some paperwork. More

I called to inquire about a particular car a few weeks back, they didn't have it, so I asked to be notified when and if they got one in, sure enough, Jim/Jimmy called me when one came in and he gave it to back, they didn't have it, so I asked to be notified when and if they got one in, sure enough, Jim/Jimmy called me when one came in and he gave it to me at a great price, he was nice, professional and courteous the entire time, there were no sales pitches trying to squeeze more money out of me, I don't think there was any dealer markup - nothing above MSRP. He also knew all the details of the model I was buying - I previously test drove it at a different dealership, and they were very over confident, but barely knew anything about the car - not so with Jim, he showed me all the details I needed to know and more! He was a pleasure to deal with, and I'd definitely want to use him again next time whenever that may be! He also helped me sell my old car and got me a great price for it - there was an issue with selling it, but he was able to work around it all behind the scenes while I was working with finance to finalize the deal for my new car! More

After a wonderful experience in purchasing my Miata with Jim Feinstein, I now went for my first maintenance service. I liked being apprised of the status of my Miata via text, and especially the video of what was specifically being done, along with service technician's commentary. And of course I'm happy with the way they took care of my Miata in a timely fashion. More
