He enjoys the interaction and finds building relationships with his customers to be one of the high points of his position at the dealership. An avid woodworker, Jim often enjoys spending his downtime working with his hands. When not in his workshop, Jim might be found enjoying the great outdoors on a variety of hiking and skiing trails or helping other as a mentor at his church. Jim was very kind and listened intently while I was describing the concerns I had about my vehicle. However, If you need to reach out, just give him a call, as he’s not responsive via email. I assume it’s due to the high volume of customers the dealership has. Overall, I had a good experience with the dealership itself. Little side note though: I asked for a loner car and they provided me a LARGE VAN which was quite a surprise considering this is a luxury brand dealership. I was hoping I’d get a heads up that this was all they had left to rent out from the enterprise next door. If I had known this prior, I would not have gone through with the rental, as I was terrified of driving such a massive vehicle and left it parked in my driveway the entire time. More

If you ever need to have service done on your vehicle Jim Hierl and Dana Claxton of Flemington BMW are wonderful to work with and the service technicians did a great job diagnosing the problem and fixing it. Jim went above and beyond having to deal with an extended warranty company by making a lot of phone calls and obtaining information for them. He is top notch.
