The work performed was to install a set of side-steps for my 2022 Colorado. There was some initial confusion from the dealership re the delivery of the order; however, this was corrected and the service was my 2022 Colorado. There was some initial confusion from the dealership re the delivery of the order; however, this was corrected and the service was performed on time on the date planned. The general manager called me to apologize for the misunderstanding regarding the order delivery and offered a loner vehicle if I needed one. That turned out not to be necessary as the work took less time than expected. I was pleased with the service and professionalism of the dealership. More

Great experience with Luke and Jim at Colonial Chevrolet. We found a Colorado priced very well out in western MA and explained to Colonial that we would prefer to buy from our neighborhood dealership.
