The work performed was to install a set of side-steps for my 2022 Colorado. There was some initial confusion from the dealership re the delivery of the order; however, this was corrected and the service was my 2022 Colorado. There was some initial confusion from the dealership re the delivery of the order; however, this was corrected and the service was performed on time on the date planned. The general manager called me to apologize for the misunderstanding regarding the order delivery and offered a loner vehicle if I needed one. That turned out not to be necessary as the work took less time than expected. I was pleased with the service and professionalism of the dealership. More

Great experience with Luke and Jim at Colonial Chevrolet. We found a Colorado priced very well out in western MA and explained to Colonial that we would prefer to buy from our neighborhood dealership. I ORDERED MY TRUCK A FEW MONTHS BACK AND LUKE KEPT ME IN THE LOOP THE HOLE TIME COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE EXCITED WHEN I GOT HIS CALL THAT THE TRUCK WAS ON THE LOT, HE ALSO TOOK CARE OF THE WHOLE UPFIT PROCES THE LOOP THE HOLE TIME COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE EXCITED WHEN I GOT HIS CALL THAT THE TRUCK WAS ON THE LOT, HE ALSO TOOK CARE OF THE WHOLE UPFIT PROCESS WITH THE PLOW. The sales rep I felt with couldn’t answer the questions I had about the vehicle and didn’t offer to get them for me for example when I said is it normal for the oil pressure to be at 80 when the van (2021 4. had about the vehicle and didn’t offer to get them for me for example when I said is it normal for the oil pressure to be at 80 when the van (2021 4.3 v6 Chevy express) is at operating temperature he simply replied “ I don’t know much about oil pressure” which was honest but not going the extra mile to understand it for the next consumer or find out for me the current one The next thing that irked me was when I was picking up the vehicle he stated that the dealer only fills the tank half way but he got mine filled to 3/4 of a tank ( which was the fuel level when I test drove it three days prior to picking it up) and I said thank you for keeping it with the same fuel it had when I drove it originally ( calling him out on his blunt lie) also any time I’ve ever bought a car from a dealer they detail and fill the tank as a curtesy I guess this dealer doesn’t do that for whatever reason you must have to spend over 51000$ to get that treatment All in all it they had the vehicle I needed and the other people I spoke with like Mike from sales were extremely involved with explaining anything I asked and making sure I understood and that’s why I gave the dealership a four star More
