Jim has been in the car business since 1994, and with Ide Honda since 2000. He has been married since 2002, he and his wife have two children. As you can imagine, young children keep him busy, but when he is not chasing after the kids, he loves working on cars. Jim is a complete fanatic of the automotive world and knows his cars! He is happy to help you take care of your automobile at IDE HONDA!

Best Service Department I Have Found Anywhere The Dick Ide Honda Service Department has been excellent ever since I bought my first Dick Ide Honda Civic in 1991 (which my son now owns...). I now The Dick Ide Honda Service Department has been excellent ever since I bought my first Dick Ide Honda Civic in 1991 (which my son now owns...). I now also have a 2002 Civic and a 2011 Odyssey. All three return to Dick Ide for routine scheduled maintenance. It's always a pleasure interacting with Jim Milella and Mark Frey. More

Excellent Customer Service I took my van to get an oil change. While I was there, Jim's team noticed something wrong with the sway bar. They were able to replace it right then I took my van to get an oil change. While I was there, Jim's team noticed something wrong with the sway bar. They were able to replace it right then and there and it only added a few minutes to my service. Being able to take care of the repair in one appointment was a big value add for me. In the past year we purchased a new 2014 Pilot and a used low mileage 2011 CRV. Both transactions were fair and most importantly "Stress Free". A special shout out to our salesman Jose Santa who provided one of the best "low stress" sales transactions we ever experienced. Jose is a very professional, personable, and "honest" young man. The entire purchase experience from end-to-end was a enjoyable event. That's saying something. We also enjoyed meeting and working with Adam in Finance, Jim and Glen in Service, and the lovely and personable ladies in reception. More

Joe contacted us right after I sent a request from the Honda web site. He was very knowledgeable about the 2013 Accord. He showed us many features and answered all questions we had. I just had my first experience with the service department and all I can say is WOW! Jim was friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, accurate,and above all, HONEST WITH ME! I came in with a possible br department and all I can say is WOW! Jim was friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, accurate,and above all, HONEST WITH ME! I came in with a possible brake issue and not only did Jim tell me what was wrong, he did it in such a way that I didn't feel like I was being talked down to. (Being a woman, I have come across more than a few condescending mechanics in my days.) My brakes were fixed and the clunking noise I had was taken care of in a matter of 2 hours. I am MORE than satisfied with the service and the work that was done today and I have no qualms about bringing my car back in the future. More

I found all of Dick Ide's personell to be courteous, and understanding of my service problems, which consisted of the battery losing it's charge. Mark the Service Manage explained that I was not driving my understanding of my service problems, which consisted of the battery losing it's charge. Mark the Service Manage explained that I was not driving my 2009 Honda Civic LX enough in Rochesters server winter weather that has been experienced this winter. The repair service was completed in a reasonable amount of time. The waiting,of this dealership, is pleasant and comfortable with convient use of a beaverage and snack. More

I have been bringing my Hondas to Dick Ide for over 15 years because I like their Service Department. I started with Mark Frey as a Service Rep and moved to Jim Milella when Mark became Manager. I am ve years because I like their Service Department. I started with Mark Frey as a Service Rep and moved to Jim Milella when Mark became Manager. I am very pleased with the way this Service Department is run and with the way Jim Milella handles my account. I trust him to give me good advice on my cars and to help me keep them in good condition so they last well. My 98 Accord has 150,000 miles and my daughter's 03 Civic has about 70,000 miles. We love both cars, and my next car purchase will be another Accord from Dick Ide especially because I want to stay with this Service Department. I especially like that Jim takes the time to explain my car's repairs to me and gives me the information I need to make any decisions about service. I never feel like I am being over-serviced or patronized, common complaints I hear from other women about their car experiences (not at Dick Ide!). Jim is so friendly and knowledgable and patient, and he always makes sure I have the advantage of my coupons or discounts. If there is a rating you have for Service Providers Jim Milella should have the highest rating! One other thing I love about this Service Department is that I can arrange to get a free loaner car when I book my service in advance. This is a great service! Thank you. More
