I purchased my 2018 A4 on April 15, 2021, and the sales service I received at the dealership was excellent. I highly recommend Audi Burlington. I spoke to the sales manager Adnan about the types of cars that I was interested in and he recommend 4 cars for me to look at. When i went to the dealership, all 4 were ready for me to test drive. Brendan explained to me options in each car and after I gave him my input, helped me pick the car that best met my expectations. There was no sales pressure, just understandable information to help me make a decision. I have owned the car now for almost 3 months and it is a pleasure to drive. I traded in a 2012 A4, and I received a very fair trade in value. I have had my 2012 A4 in for servicing in the past, and also my 2018 for a minor adjustment. The loaner cars have always been available, and Jim in service has been a pleasure to deal with. Josh in financing also made my financing and purchase run smoothly. More
