a simplified oil change My visit on February 22 was unplanned. I had not made an appointment but with my busy schedule that is a hard thing to do. I drove in and was greeted by Zac Moran and Jim Picket, It was all good from there. As I said I was looking for basic maintenance but was shown it was time for the 30,000 mile service and it had been noted on the last visit when I came this time it would be time for both my Air filter and cabin filter to be replaced as well. Zac was quick to find my needs and with the time I had available get the car serviced the way it needed to be. There was a pleasant, well appointed waiting area and in about an hour I was done and on my way. Thank you Zac and Bradshaw for taking good care of me More

Bradshaw automotive group is a top notch dealer. I drive out of my way to come here for my vehicle services. Everyone is so friendly and helpful when I arrive. They offer fresh doughnuts and coffee while I out of my way to come here for my vehicle services. Everyone is so friendly and helpful when I arrive. They offer fresh doughnuts and coffee while I wait. As well as provide news papers to read and television to watch. Service hours are 8:00am-6:00pm Monday through Friday. And even have Saturday hours. Which makes it more convenient for me and my schedule. Always a pleasure to come here. More

Great experience! As usual, I was greeted in a very friendly manner. My issues were listened to and thoroughly looked at. I had a newly developed concern around how my As usual, I was greeted in a very friendly manner. My issues were listened to and thoroughly looked at. I had a newly developed concern around how my automobile was steering. The service manager drove the car and suggested that it was due to the lane assist feature that had apparently not been turned on until very recently. I needed an oil change, so I scheduled a service for the next morning. I left the car overnight and was called by 9:30 AM the next morning that my car was ready for pick-up. Upon arrival, I was told that the car had been thoroughly examined and that the issue was definitely caused by the lane assist being on and the oil change had been performed. Upon driving home, I turned the assist off and the issue was gone. Now that I know how this feature affects the steering, I may use it more often. This service was done on my 2018 Cadillac XTS. I have had service done on my 2008 Cadillac CTS, which I purchased elsewhere, since I have owned it. It is because of this level of service that I wanted to purchase my XTS from Bradshaw. Both automobiles have provided great service and Bradshaw has provided terrific service to keep them running like new. Thanks Bradshaw! More
