Great price on the new car. Jim Robertson did a great job in addressing our needs and showing us the Toyota Highlanders we would be interested in. Poor trade in value initially offered on my 2003 Highlander in addressing our needs and showing us the Toyota Highlanders we would be interested in. Poor trade in value initially offered on my 2003 Highlander with second offer not much better. Way too many options for the consumer to sell to and you are still in the old days. Car Max offered me $3500 for my old 2003 Highlander. You offered $2500. Speaking of old school, I remember the days of Rusty Jones and Polyglycoat. Your protection package for $995 which could be done before I left brought back bad memories. Delay in getting the car due to backup in dealer prep required a return trip to your dealership. More

I honestly thought they tried to take advantage of me. I was only offered 11,000 for my 2018 Hyundai Tucson with 23,000 miles, that really pissed me off. If it wasn’t for Jim Robertson, l swear I would’ve was only offered 11,000 for my 2018 Hyundai Tucson with 23,000 miles, that really pissed me off. If it wasn’t for Jim Robertson, l swear I would’ve taken my business to the Toyota dealership in Oak Park. Now don’t get me wrong I love my car, I just don’t think the business deal of it was fair I always had my guard up, and l didn’t trust the finance man. He tried to rip me off w/ the warranty. $3800/ ended up paying $1842 of which l may cancel. I did not have a pleasant experience, l’ve purchased 4 cars in the last 3 years. I didn’t feel at home here like Hyundai. ☹️ More
