Jimmy was great. It was a very rocky start! I went to Golf Mill Ford to test drive a Mach E. I set an appointment in advance. When I got to the dealership,it was like It was a very rocky start! I went to Golf Mill Ford to test drive a Mach E. I set an appointment in advance. When I got to the dealership,it was like the person I made the appointment with didn't exist. Someone else met with me (I think he was new?). We got into a Mach E and I started asking questions. He said "To be honest, I don't know anything about electric cars. This is my first time in a Mach E." Perfect. Luckily I did a ton of research and might have trained him a little on the vehicle. At the end I was introduced to Erik. Erik have me his card and I explained to him that I was interested in a specific Mach E that was being shipped to their location between the test drive and the time the Mach E showed up at the dealership, there were several fumbles with Erik in terms of not getting a response. I sent him a final note to let him know that I'm moving on. Immediately afterward, I received a call from Jimmy. Golf Mill Ford is incredibly fortunate to have him. He made me feel like he cared from the very first conversation. He was extremely responsive and made the entire process so easy. Jimmy - you're one of a kind. Thank you for getting me in my new Mach E. I can't say enough from the first call through the purchase and post purchase follow ups. A true professional. More
