
I was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida, but in 2017 I moved to Georgia for the love of my life — and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. While I miss the beach and my family back home, I’ve fallen in love with the community and beautiful scenery here. I’m a proud parent of two amazing kids: my daughter, Zoey Brooke, who joined our family in August 2021, and my baby boy, Cade. They bring endless joy and adventure to my life every day. From the time i walked in to end of sale, i had a great experience. Jody Vaughn was a great sales rep. He gave us good info and did not push as too much as other sales reps do in other delerships. He gave us a good deal for our forrestor and he helped us match with carmax for my trade in value as well. Im currently pass one month on my forrestor and its been great so far. Only complain i may have is the seat belt latch on the back seat is sunk into the seat and its hard to put on by my small child. Every time i need to drive, i have to help her since its deep into the seat. Dealership showed me other forrestors on the lot and they all have the same issue. This is something the company needs to fix for all their vehicles. More

Enjoying my pre-owned car and everyone was very nice. It rides beautifully! These are on the 152-point inspection; someone must have overlooked them. I am now left to wonder what else was overlooked in the inspection? It also would have been nice to have known about the extended optional service agreement for bumper-to-bumper coverage beyond the 3-year/36,000 before I was signing on the dotted line. More

Two separate and terrible experiences with the sales department. Sold my ex a car for our 16-year-old that is now garbage after 2000 miles, and they now refuse to do anything about it. He paid $12,500 for it, and they offered to buy it back for $3000. It has multiple issues that they refuse to own. Any dealership that would sell a dangerous car to a first-time driver deserves to be investigated. About a month ago, I also tried to buy a new or slightly used car at this dealership. My car was in the shop, and they gave me a low-ball offer for my car and inflated the cost of the cars I was considering, citing "tariffs" on cars that were on the lot and not yet affected. I bought my car new from them 10 years ago, and it was a great experience. Not this time. They have no customer loyalty and do not care to keep my business. Completely shady and unethical. Avoid at all costs. I do recommend the service department - Issa and both Mikes in the service department make up for the criminal ways of the sales department, both new and used. Buy your car elsewhere. More
