Other than tightening lug nuts, They do fine work Had my wife's 2015 Sedona minivan in for simple oil change and tire rotation. Driving home it felt kinda bumpy but with the roads in CT, that's par for the course. Next day (Saturday) my wife takes the kids to the store and comes back reporting the same. I go out and check the lug nuts and its amazing that they were all still there. Not even hand tightened. Just started. Luckily it didn't cause and accident but I'm not much for relying on luck. I called service department but of course they're closed on weekends. Left a message for someone to call me Mon morning but I'm writing this at half past noon and no one has bothered to call. To be fair, the people there are friendly and helpful but then again, so is the guy who bags my groceries. Not sure I want to put my family's life in his hands either. More
